Playrcart’s technology enables seamless in-ad data capture, allowing your customers to instantly enquire in both open web and social environments. Enable your audience to sign up for more information about a product launch or to receive a special offer without forcing them away from the content or publisher environment.

Playrcart’s technology can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of digital assets to accentuate the product, service, offering or event in question with high-definition interactive elements that prompt enquiries.

Data and insights are captured by Playrcart and can be transferred to the brand’s commerce, CRM/CDP platform or existing technology stack directly via APIs or by using SFTP via a CSV transfer, depending on the type of integration selected.

The integrations are performed by Playrcart, with documentation, access, and some support from you required for final testing.

With a Playrcart integration, the in-ad data fields can be customised to mirror exactly how they are received in your current CRM or CDP platform.


In the the mobile example to the right, a customers first name, last night, e-mail address and phone number are all being captured within the ad-unit.

Due to the variety of possible use cases and the diverse creative possibilities, it’s important to reiterate that Playcart can provide a high level of support during conception, design, build, testing, delivering & reporting of the advert.

Note that the required creative work can be executed by either brand or external agency, with Playrcart providing support once the ad has been designed and built to integrate the technology.

Standard API Integration

A Standard API Integration would be advised once adverts are frequently delivered and allow a far more cost-effective model for creating new ad instances and processing enquiries efficiently.

Integrating Playrcart’s technology into a booking or CRM/CDP platform can be performed by Playrcart with open APIs, documentation and support.

CRM / CDP Platform Integration

Due to the variety of use cases available with enquire, an integration into a CRM/CDP platform is highly likely. Playrcart can integrate into any CRM/CDP platform that has API access.

The following systems have been pre-integrated into the Playrcart platform:

Here is the journey of a typical enquiry with Standard API Integration:

  1. The customer will initiate the enquiry by filling out the in-ad data form.
  2. Playrcart will capture and secure all data.
  3. Data submitted by customers will be securely passed through the Playrcart platform directly to the brand’s commerce or CRM/CDP platform for the enquiry to be actioned.
  4. In most instances, the brand’s e-commerce or CRM/CDP platform will automatically send an enquiry receipt email and the relevant information to the customer.
  5. The brand’s platform will then process the enquiry and customer information separate from Playrcart, as it would if an enquiry was made via their website, for example.

The security, proper handling and privacy of our client’s and their customer’s data are of critical importance, which is why we will always provide transparency about the flow of data through our platform.

Lite Integration

A Lite Integration would typically be used to support proof of concept or one-off campaigns. In this case, Playrcart provides a highly supportive approach to creating, testing and delivering a transactable ad.

Once an ad creative has been designed and signed off, including decisions made on exactly what data to collect, Playrcart will incorporate the technology ready for delivery using the Playrcart platform.

This option is quick & easy to set up, with minimal impact on existing systems.

Here is the journey of a typical enquiry with Lite Integration:

  1. The customer will initiate the enquiry by filling out the in-ad data form.
  2. Playrcart will capture and secure all data.
  3. Playrcart will send the data via a password-protected CSV file directly to the brand by secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) or as an email attachment at regular intervals (1 min to 1 day).
  4. Playrcart will automatically send a confirmation receipt email to the customer.
  5. The brand is then required to process the customer’s information via their e-commerce or CRM/CDP platform and fulfil whatever was stipulated in the ad, whether that was to provide information or add them to a mailing list, for example.

Self Integration (via Playrcart APIs)

Playrcart is happy to take on the bulk of the integration work. However, we recognise some businesses prefer to be in control themselves. With this managed by their internal or external development teams.
