Playrcart Integration Guide

Playrcart’s technology is an HTML5 overlay that allows brands to make any digital asset (advert, rich media, video) instantly transactable. Our solution works across open web, social and livestream environments.

Playrcart-enabled adverts allow users to buy, book, enquire and donate directly within the asset using an optimised checkout flow and without ever being redirected.

Following any interaction with a Playrcart advert, the relevant data is captured within the Playrcart platform. This data is typically transferred to third-party systems such as e-commerce, CRM/CDP and bespoke platforms using an API integration.

Integration Overview

The Playrcart platform integrates quickly and seamlessly into your existing e-commerce, CRM/CDP, ERP system and/or payment gateway to allow campaigns to be up and running in as little as 5 to 10 days if using a pre-integrated system.

The API integrations are performed by Playrcart, with documentation, access, and some support for final testing. In many cases, two integrations are required when Playrcart needs to pass data into different platforms. Eg, Shopify for an order and Salesforce for marketing data collection.
